This article addresses some of the questions commonly asked by users new to the MRP app.
I searched for a track, but no results are listed. How do I see the results?
Results information are put into MyRacePass by the scoring officials at the race track. There can be instances in which there is a delay between the checkered flag and when the results are put in. Also, sometimes the data in the app needs to be refreshed. Pull down the top of the page to reload. Any new data should now be displayed.
I want to sign into the MRP app, but I am not sure of my password and email address. How can I find out my password and email address?
After subscribing to an MRP plan, a verification email will be sent to the subscribed address. You can use this email to verify which address was used. Also, the login page will prompt to create a new user account if the address entered has not been used by any user in the system.
If you don't know your password, enter your email address on the login page in the browser or in the MRP app, then click Next. A new page will be displayed and there will be a link Forgot Password?. Enter your email address and click Reset Password and you will be sent an email containing a link that can be used to reset your password.
What platforms are supported by MRP Live timing?
There is an Android app in the Google Play Store that supports Android devices version 6.0 or later and an iOS app in the Apple App Store that supports both iPhones and iPads.
How do I access MRP Live timing?
First find the track hosting the event in your favorites or by browsing or searching tracks. Next click the Schedule tab and find today's event. Open the event and then on the bottom you will see a Timing tab. Click this tab and you will see two buttons at the top. One button is for On Track with the live timing data and Previous for races that have been completed. A badge of Live will overlay the Timing tab when the event is live. If the event is not currently live a message will appear: Lap data unavailable. Later you can pull down the top of the page to reload and check if the event has gone live.
How can I sort the timing data by 'best lap'?
On the Live TIming page, there is a small chevron next to the Running Order button which can be used to toggle between 'best lap' sort and 'positions gained' views.
MRP Live timing is not working for me, what do I need to do to use it?
