How can I buy a pit pass and fill out a digit waiver?

The purpose of this article is to show you how to purchase an Online Ticket that also acts as a digital waiver. 

There are 3 options for buying online tickets and completing a waiver: 

1. Purchase tickets online on a computer or laptop.
2. Purchase tickets on a mobile device via the app. 

3. Purchase tickets via QR code at the race track on our new "mobile tickets" platform. 

   
   I'll show specifics of all three examples below. 

Buying a Digital Waiver Online on a PC or Laptop

To start, locate the event tickets you wish to purchase. It's usually best to find those via the track or series website, but you can also go to MyRacePass.com and search the track or series there as well. 

Next, add the ticket type that includes the waiver to your cart. 

Once you've completed the order, we can get started with filling out the waiver

On the next screen, You'll see your ticket voucher. On the ticket you purchased, you'll see a "sign waiver" button. 

Click that button, and then choose "sign as adult" 

Note: Only adults are able to sign digital waivers at this time. Minors are required to sign a paper waiver at the time of entry. 

You'll then fill in your name and phone number. A link will be sent via text to you immediately. Click that link and tap the "begin" button to get started. You'll start by taking a photo of yourself. That photo will serve as the signature when signing the waiver, so please upload a clear photo of yourself to verify your identity. Ensure the image is well-lit and that your face is fully visible to complete the verification process. 

Once you've taken the photo and submitted it, you'll complete the waiver and immediately be texted another link labeled "needed for entry" to your device. When you're at the entry gate, tap that link and display the barcode to event staff for validation. 

Buying a digital waiver on your mobile device from the MyRacePass app

To start, locate the event tickets you wish to purchase. Use the events view to find the track, or use the search options to search for the track or series you're looking for. Click the Buy Tickets button.
