Point and Payout Reports

This article defines the points and payout reports and describes how point average reports are ordered.

Current Points/Pay - A sortable report that list the total driver points and payouts by class for all drivers in any given schedule.

Points by Date - This report will show the points accumulated by each driver on every race night over the duration of a schedule.

Pay by Date - This report will show the pay earned by each driver on every race night over the duration of a schedule. 

Point Average Reports

• Point average reports can be used for lineup creation. These reports average the points earned over a specified number of events.
• Drivers are ordered through a series of stages. The higher the driver is ranked, the closer to the front the driver should start.
• This ordering gives drivers that have started the most races, the most recent race, that have been disqualified the least, with a lower point average, a better starting position than drivers that have a higher point average, but have started fewer races, been disqualified more etc.

Drivers will be ordered by the following criteria:

• Number of races started (highest first).
• Last race started (most recent first).
• Number of disqualifications (fewest first).
• Point average (highest first).

IMCA Race Point Average - A report that lists the IMCA race point averages for drivers by class in all events.

WISSOTA Point Average - A report that lists the WISSOTA race point averages for drivers by class in all events. 

Point Average - This report shows the total point average for each driver over all completed events on the schedule.

1 Race Point Average - This report shows the average points awarded to each driver over the last scheduled event that the driver has competed in. 

2 Race Point Average - This report shows the average points awarded to each driver over the last 2 scheduled events that the driver has competed in. If a competitor has less than 2 events, only the number of events they have attended will be averaged.

3 Race Point Average - This report shows the average points awarded to each driver over the last 3 scheduled events that the driver has competed in. If a competitor has less than 2 events, only the number of events they have attended will be averaged.

1 Race Running Average by Class - This report shows the average points awarded to each driver over the last scheduled event the Class has run. 

2 Race Running Average by Class - This report shows the average points awarded to each driver over the last 2 scheduled events that the class has run. If a competitor misses either of the last 2 events, those events are not counted for the competitor's average. If a competitor misses both of the last 2 events, that competitor will not have a point average.

3 Race Running Average by Class - This report shows the average points awarded to each driver over the last 3 scheduled events that the class has run. If a competitor misses any of the last 3 events, those events are not counted for the competitor's average. If a competitor misses all of the last 3 events, that competitor will not have a point average.

Awarded Points/Pay - A sortable report that details the points and payout for each driver in a specified event.

Points/Pay by Race - A sortable report that details the points and payout for each driver in each race for a specified event.

Nightly Points - A report showing the points awarded per class for a single event.

Detailed Event Points - A detailed report showing the points and payouts awarded to each driver in a specified event.

Event Passing Points - A report that lists passing points for all drivers in a specified event and point scheme.

Expected Yearly Payout - Expected payout report for all payees per year based off data from the points/pay tab of race management. 

Yearly Payout Report (1099 Report) - A list of total combined payout for each payee across all classes. This data is taken from the payments created.

Entry Payments by Date Range - A report showing the entry payments from a customized date range.
