This article documents the process for editing driver profile information from the admin site. There are three ways for a track or series profile to request a name or hometown change for a driver profile
Requesting a change in Race Management - Entries
Once you have entered a driver into the entry list, you can use the edit button to the right of the competitor information to request a name/hometown change. This is most effective when an issue is found during the driver check in process on race day.
The following window will ask you to fill in a requested name and hometown for the driver. You can then click request to send the request to the MyRacePass support team.
Requesting a change in Web Management - Profiles
Navigate to the Web Management Tab, then choose Profiles -> Drivers at the top of the screen.
Use the filtering options on the left-hand side of the screen to find the driver in question. Then click on that driver's name. Use the Name/City Change button to request a change.
The following window will ask you to fill in a requested name and hometown for the driver. You can then click request to send the request to the MyRacePass support team.
Requesting a change in Season Management - Registrations
You can also request a change in the registrations tab after a driver has registered. This is most effective when confirming registrations.
Use the "View Registrants" button to view all the competitors who have registered. From this screen you can then use the edit button to the right of each confirmed competitor and select the Edit Name/City option. The following window will ask you to fill in a requested name and hometown for the driver.
