The purpose of this article is to explain the features and uses of the Contact List in MyRacePass. The Contact List is an MRP admin feature used to store contact information for drivers and owners. Use the Contact List to manage contact information used throughout the application.
Find the Contact List page by going to the Web Management Tab. From there go to Tools, then Contact List.
Viewing Contacts
Use the Search option on the left to find a specific contact, and use the Type filter to sort between competitors and owners. Once you've located the contact in question, use the blue icon to the right to view contact information.
Editing a Contact
The best way to edit a contact is to have the driver fill out a registration form. If you need to edit the contact manually, follow the steps below.
- Click the blue icon to the right of each contact to view contact information.
- The text in the page that opens will be grayed out. To edit, click the button below the information that needs to be edited.
- The text will no longer be grayed out, make changes as desired and click Save.
Adding a New Contact
The best way to add a new contact is to have the driver fill out a registration form. If you need to add the contact manually, follow the steps below.
- Click Add New in the top-left.
- In the page that opens, search for the profile to be added to your contact list, then click Add.
- The text boxes in the page that opens will be grayed out. To edit, click the button below the information that needs to be edited.
- The text will no longer be grayed out, make changes as desired and click Save.
