The purpose of this article is to explain how to report a duplicate driver profile on MyRacePass.
How Does This Happen?
Duplicate profiles can occur for several reasons, including online registration errors, misspellings at the track, or different tracks creating separate profiles for the same driver.
What Do I Do?
If you discover that you have two or more profiles, you can report them to our support team for review. To do this:
- Email the links – Send links to all duplicate profiles to support@myracepass.com
- Provide the details – Include as much information as possible about which profile is correct and why you believe others are duplicates. This helps our team verify the claim quickly and accurately.
Help Prevent Duplicate Accounts
To minimize the risk of duplicate accounts, we recommend linking your MyRacePass hard card to your profile in the app. This ensures that all of your results and registrations stay connected to one verified profile. You can learn more about hard cards here.
It’s also important to remind the scorer at each track that you already have an established profile and to confirm the correct hometown when trying to locate.
