The purpose of this article is to explain the process of reporting a duplicate driver profile.
A duplicate profile can happen a few different ways. Its likely that it was added at the back gate of a race.
If you notice that you have two or more profiles you can report them to us. Email in links to the profiles to support@myracepass.com. Give as much detail as possible about which profile is correct and why you feel they are duplicates.
To avoid having this happen again, it would be best to get your hard card in the app. You can find out more about that here.
