The Purpose of this article is to list and describe the features in our new MRP Digital Waivers program. Currently, our new digital waiver feature is compatible with organizations insured with SIS or K&K.
In order to receive funds from sold tickets or waivers, promoters must fill out our ACH FORM
Note: In order to get started with Digital Waivers through MyRacePass, we'll need an updated Certificate of Insurance and an ACH Form
Adding a waiver
The first step to adding a waiver is contacting support@myracepass.com to get the process started. Once you have express interest in using MRP Digital Waivers one of our team members will contact you to initiate the next step. As soon as we have the information we need, our team can add the waiver features to your track or series profile. This will also require a special "promoter profile" to be created. You'll see more information on that in the "locating previously completed waivers" section of this article.
When the waiver option has been added for you, you'll use our online ticking features to add a pit pass ticket option and add the waiver to it. Find our help center article here.
Purchasing a waiver
Once waivers are for sale, it's important as a promoter to understand the process for fans or drivers to purchase and complete a waiver. The process is naturally a little different than purchasing regular tickets, so make sure you know how it works before presenting to a buyer.

Redeeming a waiver
Similar to purchasing a waiver, the process of redeeming a signed digital waiver uses our existing tools with some slight changes to how the waiver ticket is verified. To see the changes to the redemption process please click the link below.
You can use the in-app scanner or the redemption portal in the box office system to complete a waiver redemption. It's important to note that you'll need to scan the QR code to complete the redemption process 100%.

Locating previously completed waivers
As noted previously, there will be a separate network that only the promoter will log into in the event that you need to locate a previously sold and/or completed waiver. If you go to MRPAdmin.com and log in there, you'll see all networks that you are an admin for, including the new promoter network.
