The purpose of this article is to show the features of the promoter profile to locate previously signed waivers.
Note: Typically, only the event promoter would have access to this profile, which is separate for you usual MyRacePass track or series profile.
Filtering Options
Once you've logged into your promoter profile, you'll see two areas of the screen with information. On the left, you'll see filtering options. This will help you filter the waivers to show a more specific view of what you're looking for. You can filter by the following information
- Name
- Phone Number
- Event Date Range
- Method (digital or physical signing)
- Whether or not the waiver was signed
- Status
Main Screen Information
This main part of the screen will show you all the waivers that fit within the parameters of your filters. In this screen you'll see the following columns of information.
- Name of the customer who filled in the waiver. This is a clickable link to view that specific waiver.
- The event the waiver was for
- The method, weather digitally or signed at the back gate.
- The date the waiver was signed.
- The status of the waiver. Anything other than completed means they did not finish the buying and signing process.
Notice the pencil option to the right, this will allow you to view or download waiver information.
Viewing a Completed Waiver
If you click on a completed waiver, you'll be able to see a few pieces of information.
- The picture the customer used as their signature.
- A review of the text of the waiver that the customer sees when buying.
- A timestamped history of when the ticket was purchased, when the waiver form was sent via text, when the waiver was signed, and when the waiver was redeemed.
