The purpose of this article is to explain the new single event ticket BOGOs. Ticket BOGOs are a powerful, flexible way to provide customers discounts when buying multiple tickets for an individual event.

Note: BOGOs are only calculated for what is in the current shopping cart.  User's purchase history is NOT taken into consideration when applying discounts.  All required purchase items need to be bought at the same time as the discounted item.

How Same Day BOGOs Work

Same day BOGOs apply to tickets bought to the same event and are used to give discounts to users who buy more than 1 ticket to the same event.

Examples:

• Buy an Adult GA ticket, get $5 off the second Adult GA ticket.
• Buy 2 Adult GA tickets, get 1 Kids GA ticket FREE.
• Buy 2 Reserved Seats, get 50% off a Reserved Seat.
• Buy a Pit Stall, get a Pit Pass for FREE.
• Buy 10 Pit Passes, get $50 off a Pit Stall.
• Buy 4 Adult tickets, get $20 off a Camping spot.

Creating a BOGO in Ticket Management

Example BOGO to setup:

Buy 1 Adult General Admission ticket, and get $5 off a Kids General Admission ticket.

In order to manually setup this example, we need the following:

1. First, it's important to have the event created with tickets added already. Also, you'll want to make sure the ticket types you want to include in the BOGO are already added to the event tickets. 
2. Click on the "add ticket Bogo" button to get to the following modal
   
   
   You can use a previously created offer, or create a new one by clicking "add New BOGO" in the bottom
3. When you add new, you'll come to a screen that allows you to add individual ticket types that customers need to buy, and ticket types and discounts that customers will get with the purchase.
