The purpose of this article is to outline the process of adding registrations in Season Management. Competitors that have been entered in a registration are known as registrants. The process of adding registrants manually is discussed in depth here.
Note: The video notes registration payments being made through PayPal. Registration payments are no longer made through Paypal, they are taken through MyRacePass payments. You can find more information at this link.
Registration Types
There are four registration types in Season Management:
- Yearly Registration: A class-based annual registration. One yearly registration is allowed per season.
- Event Registration: A class-based registration for a specific event on a schedule.
- Misc Competitor Registration: A competitor registration designed to fill gaps between a yearly or single event registration.
- General Registration: A registration for a non-racing event that does not require a schedule or class.
Adding a Yearly Registration

On the Registrations page, click Add Registration and select Yearly Registration.

Complete each field and click Add.
- Title: The name of the registration.
- Entry Fee: The standard entry fee for the registration.
- Open Date: The date the registration is open to adding registrants.
- Close Date: The date after which no registrants can be added to a registration.
- Late Fee After: The date after which new registrants are charged a late fee in addition to the standard entry fee.
- Late Fee: The additional fee charged to registrants added after the Late Fee After date.

When the form is submitted successfully, the new registration details page is displayed.
- To make the registration visible to the public, check the Active box.
- To add a class to the registration, click the Add Class button.

Select the desired class from the list and click Add.
Note: The classes that have been added on the Setup page will be listed by default, but you can select from a list of all classes by choosing More Classes | All Classes.
- (Optional) Use the Downloads options to send additional forms to your registrants via email after they've registered. Any forms placed here will be sent to the drivers.
- (Optional) Use the Additional Price field to specify an additional per-class fee.
- (Optional) Uncheck the Active box to deactivate a class linked to the registration.
Adding an Event Registration

On the Registrations page, click Add Registration and select Event Registration.

In the Schedule Event field begin typing the name or date of the event and make a selection from the list of auto-suggestions.
- Complete the remaining fields and click Add.
- Title: The name of the registration.
- Entry Fee: The standard entry fee for the registration.
- Open Date: The date the registration is open to adding registrants.
- Close Date: The date after which no registrants can be added to a registration.
- Late Fee After: The date after which new registrants are charged a late fee in addition to the standard entry fee.
- Late Fee: The additional fee charged to registrants added after the Late Fee After date.

- To make the registration visible to the public, check the Active box.
- Click the Add Class button to add classes to the registration.
