Adding or Removing a Class or Series from my Events

The purpose of this article is to explain how to add or remove a class or series from an event in MyRacePass. This will break the link between the series and track.

Adding or Removing a Series

The first step is to go into Season Management->Events and find the event you are looking to change. 

Once there, click the name of the event to go into the event management page. 

Scroll down to the classes and series section. To remove a series click the "remove" link next to the name of the series in the class list. 

This can be used if a series is no longer attending the event but the class will still be run. Please note that to remove the series, it must not be a current MyRacePass subscriber. If the series is, they will need to remove the event from their schedule. 

To add a series:

1. Click the button Add Series.
2. Select a Series from one of the filters in the More Series dropdown menu.
   • My Series: Series that have been linked to the network will be listed here. Series networks should see their series listed automatically.
   • Season Series: This filter allows the user to select from the Season Series of previous seasons.
   • All Series: This filter presents a search field that allows the user to select from any series in the system.
3. Click Add.

Adding or Removing a class

The first step is to go into Season Management->Events and find the event you are looking to change. 

Once there, click the name of the event to go into the event management page. 

Scroll down to the classes and series section. Choose the edit button to the right of the class you want to remove, then press "Remove from event."

To Add a class:

1. Click the button Add Class.
2. (Optional) Click the link Manage Classes to view the Current Classes page. This is where you can configure the classes that appear under My Classes and other class settings such as name overrides.
3. Select a class from one of the filters in the More Classes dropdown menu.
   • My Classes: Classes that have been linked to the network will be listed here.
   • Season Classes: This filter allows the user to select from the Season Classes of previous seasons.
   • Sanction Classes: This filter allows the user to select from a list of classes belonging to a specific sanction.

   • All Classes: This filter allows the user to select from a list of classes belonging to a specific type of racing.
4. Click Add.
